This page explains the information collected by the homeowner workshop and private consultation request form.
What you choose to share
The form collects your name, contact details, your choice of workshop or private conversation, and any optional question you provide. It also records your advisor preference, whether you arrived through the YMCA campaign link, your permission to receive the requested emails and texts, the wording you agreed to and the time of your request. A temporary, one-way hash of the request’s network address is used to limit abuse.
How it is used
Landmark Mortgage Planners uses your request to manage the workshop list or arrange the conversation you asked for. Only authorized staff and service providers supporting that request should access it. Do not include account numbers, Social Security numbers, financial statements or medical information.
Your contact choice
For the workshop, you provide an email address and US phone number and check one permission box to receive your workshop details by email and two texts: a confirmation and a helpful reminder one hour before the homeowner workshop. For a private conversation, you choose email or a phone call and check one permission box allowing Landmark to arrange your conversation and send confirmation details. If you provide a phone number, that permission includes one confirmation text. The permission box is unchecked by default. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. These permissions cover this request only, without enrolling you in newsletters or other marketing messages. Your contact details and request may be recorded in Landmark’s customer relationship system to deliver confirmations and support the conversation you requested.
Storage and your choices
Requests are stored in Landmark’s website database with restricted administrative access. To correct your details, withdraw your contact permission, or request deletion, contact Rob Ziebart at [email protected] or (352) 875-6907. Applicable recordkeeping requirements may affect whether a record can be deleted.
